It is a commitment you have to make to your personal well-being. In this podcast, we join Toye Penny to learn more about her program, The Love You More Method. Toye believes that you need to find the balance between mental and emotional peace, meaningful relationships, a meaningful spiritual practice, relationships that nurture your soul, never-ending self-care, quality sleep, a thriving career, and empowering physical activities. She teaches that these 7 elements, combined with eating according to our bodies, will provide us with the ultimate energy and happiness that we want.

Six years ago, Toye Penny was at the height of her career, successful, financially flexible, and building a great lifestyle as a single mom. But on the inside, she felt overworked, exhausted, and a sense of emptiness. Toye realized that her eating was directly tied to other health areas of her life. She also realized that her lifestyle was a primary source of nutrition and that her eating was just a secondary source. Unresolved issues from childhood trauma were manifesting through her food and lifestyle habits, making her unbalanced. She realized there needed to be a shift.
