Lisa is a Certified Health Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, Executive Functioning Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, Healthy Cooking Instructor, and Corporate Wellness Specialist. She received her B.S. from Cornell University where she began her personal journey towards wellness. Her newly discovered passion led her to receive formal training in New York City as an Accredited Health Counselor at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also honed her culinary skills at the Natural Gourmet School and Pratt Institute. She has been in practice for 18 years, specializing in the gut-brain connection, focusing on how the gut impacts the health of the brain and the rest of the body.
